Your work week
You like to know what to expect, and we understand that. That’s why we work with a clear daily and weekly schedule. In the greenhouse, it’s all about plant health: monitoring, caring, harvesting, and working neatly. In the hall, it’s about pace and attention: cooling, sorting, and packaging. Are you from Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, or Ukraine? Then we’ll help you get started. You can ask questions, we explain things calmly, and connect you with colleagues who speak your language. We also consider housing: modern accommodations, gas-free and comfortable. Fair work, fair pay.
